Description: B.160s main room infill which consist of collapsed material as mudbrick,mortar, plaster.
Discussion: This unit was recognized by texture and mixed dump building material. There was a significant amount of collapsed plaster, brick and mortar. Due to safety concerns only a portion of this unit was excavated this year. It was excavated with mattock and trowel. This unit also is % 25 part of main room infill. It is continued to south an east part of main room. It is partially excavated.
At 2016 excavation compaign this unit completely was excavated. The origin of this unit was a dump material with collapsed building material which was infilled by Neolithic people into building. This unit may represent one of the abandonment activity.The units location is in space 551 which is in B.160's main room. The deposit of infill consist of dump building materials. The mudbrick,plaster and clayish material appear to evenly spread throughtout the deposit. Especially southern part of infill where is along of the south wall of B.160, consist of mid grayish greasy bricks and extremely strong building dump materials. This unit also has charcoal flecks and lime
stone fragment throughtout the deposit. Bone,clay ball fragment appear to evenly spread throughtout the deposit as well. Alluvium stones which are size 0.03-0.08 spread out evenly throughtout deposit. This deposit could be deliberately created in one single episode. There are same types of episodes which was infilled after demolished building.
This unit was excavated by mattock and trowel.
