Unit 2362
Category: skeleton dug in 1997
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: body,skeleton
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: Though this burial has a very clear cut the skeleton seems to be disturbed. There were two other burials on top of this one (.. .. & .. ..) so that may be the reason for its poor condition. Left arm is detached from the body, lying on the left side of the body. The left leg is detached as well. The vertebral column seems to be disturbed, with a gap between the thoracic & ?lower lumbar vertebrae (see plan). Some ribs were lying under the left hand, suggesting the chest had been crushed & spread out.
The right arm is in the right place but a bit far from the body. The head was smashed and no featured could be identified.
