Unit 23800
Category: Layer dug in 2017
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: Burial fill
Data Category Information: Location: building; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: 23800 refers to a burial fill that has been truncated from the north by burial F7127 excavated in the previous excavation campaigns.
No skeletal remains has been found of what was left from the burial fill, probably because the individual(s) initially deposited was/were probably been excavated and lifted in the previous excavation seasons. The human remains team need to recheck and to investigate in the previous positions and the extend of the skeletal remains previosly lifted in order to understand the nature of all the inhumations based on a reliable and precise chronological sequence.
