Discussion: This is an arbitrarily distinguished unit located in the southern part of Space 236. Due to erosion and weathering of this part of the space it has been very difficult to excavate this part of the space in standard manner. For this reason, this part of the trench has been excavated as arbitrary layer. The aim of exploring this unit was to uncover an oven F.1852 located in central part just next to the southern wall F.1856. The oven had been partially recorded during previous season, and the aim is to record its total dimensions.
Basal boundary of the unit is very uneven in its eastern part while in central part is clear and marked by the oven.
Consistency: friable to firm
Colour: mixed of greyish, orange and brown
Texture: silty clay, clayish
Bedding: layered
Inclusions: charcoals (8%)
Post-depositional Features: weathering, erosion
Basal Boundary: in central and western part - clear, distinct; in eastern part - faint and diffuse
