Discussion: Unit 32075 refers to plastered floors and underlying make-up layers that had been recorded on the E-platform (F.7734). They were identified as the 4th sequence of the arbitrarily assigned and excavated surfaces of the rectangular protruding area to the north of Bench F.7879. However, the significant difference of the described layers regarded mainly to the fact that they covered much bigger area than their later (younger overlying) counterparts. The latter was effected by the preceding exploration of 2 constructional elements that formed curtain wall (U.32074 -F.7735) to the North as well as a support (U.32077) to the East.
The mentioned above fragments of a low curtain-wall (of WE alignment) created so far actual Northern restriction of each surface evidenced hitherto on the E-platform. It appeared that the curtain wall, along with the support they were set directly on top of the plaster 32075, and as such the presented here unit due to its extent provided a connection with Northern segment of Sp.531 and the E-wall F.7736. Unfortunately, its original scope could not be identified because there were several truncations recorded in the northern part of the unit.
In the course of exploration of layer(s) [U.32075] it appeared that below its surface there is thick dark-grey make-up layer which evidently was related with remodeling phase of the building and considerable raising the position / level of the platform (F.7734). In addition there was also two cuts identified that clearly truncated the underlying grey make-up which was emphasized by the distinct in-fills. Worth noticing is the fact that one of the mentioned cut was the burial which after sealing was coated by the plastered floor that constitute lower part of the layer U.32075. In order to understand the nature of the activities that took place on the platform, several phytolith samples had been collected (S.3, 4, 5) from different parts of the mentioned surface.
