Unit description: This is bin fill. Sample is from >4mm flot. A very small unit, with pieces ranging from 1cm-4cm. Bone has quite a battered appearance, with plastery film on. There is no burning,. All sheep-size with longbone, rib and tooth frags; only diagnostic is sheep/goat distal metapodial. Seems to be reworked/redeposited material. [update 2000]: Two more pieces of bone (from dry sieved material) have appeared: they are a sheep-sized long bone fragment and a sheep/goat lower permanent incisor. They do not seem as battered as the 4mm bones have ben described as being, and there is no film on them.
