Unit description: Sample 1 >4 mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. Tiny unit, consisting of eight fragments less than 1 cm in size. Most are somewhat worn, one is burnt. All are sheep-size, but none are diagnostic. Looks like clean floor. LY 2001: S. 3: small unit mainly from the flotation sample dominated by the bones of 003 size animals. About 10% of the bone is burnt to a variety of temperatures. NOTE acw: double-numbering occurred. Renumbered 2001 entries from F2-F6 to F32-F36. NR 2003: Sample 6 >4mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. This is a tiny sample consisting of three pieces of sheep-size scrap, all less than 1 cm; one burnt, one digested, one relatively fresh. Looks like clean construction material.
