Discussion: The floor was popped off down to a white floor below the floor that was removed was a 2-3 mm thick layer of plaster + 1-1cm thick packing below. Very compact.The floor that was removed was already cut by a burial cut (631) + another disturbance (F.633) along the eastern wall. As the floor and packing was removed these features were evn clearer. 

 

Recognition: floor #3 and packing below popped off to white floor below 

Definition: clear floor seen in N profile of F.602 

Execution: trowel 

Condition: well preserved. Packing is beige. 

Consistency: firm 

Colour: floor is white, packing is beige 

Texture: clayey 

Bedding: layered 

Inclusions: plaster, burnt brick 

Post-depositional Features: animal, trampling, compacted (by roof falling on it) 

Basal Boundary: sharp, anthropogenic
