Discussion: 1st packing of the burial lid - cut into F.162
Packing in 2 distinct layers: One comprising the majority of unit and a smaller light gray packing in the SE portion of the unit. Samples were taken from reddish-pink packing (except flotation -S1- which is from both. Small amount of packing comprises unit which appears to be packing of the burial lid.
Unit continued at eastern edge to help clarify the eastern edge of the potential burial cut on 6/8/00 - after he baulk was remained (unit 6353). Soil in this small section was light gray. A separate flotation sample was taken for this.
