Discussion: It it a layer in NE corner of an extension. The unit was registered in season 2003 and partly excavated then. In E part, the unit consisted of two layers. The upper layer which covered the whole surface of the unit was thin, light and built of silty loam while the lower layer (which was noticed only in E part of the unit) was darker, loose but with yellow and light brown inclusions. Within lower layer more burnt inclusions were found which is the result of the neighborhood of a burnt layer lying directly underneath. In this unit some large fragments of mostly burnt pottery were found which may be associated with the pottery of those burnt layers underneath (units 10913, 10915) so it would be worth to compare the pottery of these units.
In the base of unit 7822 many units were distinguished- e.g. floors (10902, 10903), layer of plaster (10905), wall (10904), burnt layers (10913, 10914, 10915) from which some fragments of pottery were sticking out. Therefore the basal boundary of unit 7822 is very irregular and varies from 1017.86 (in W part) to 1017.62 in its E part.
