Discussion: This is another layer in a sequence of deposits associated with the roof. It is relatively homogenous and is composed of tiny brown strations. The layer is getting shallower towards the E and disappearing in centre part of the surface and consequently collected material is a mixture of the units and neighboring layers.
The unit was also partly excavated in 2003 - it appeared there on the W side from the roof and had dimensions 3 x 0.32m and mid x - 982 and mid y - 992.5. The samples S4 & S5 were taken in 2003.

Second part of this unit was excavated in 2008 season. Here is a description of this part of the unit.
This is a midden layer which eastern part was placed under u. 7866 defined as a roof- a compact structure sloping to the East. It is placed above a rubble infill (7840). Its E boundary was arbitrarly defined as the end of the excavated area in 2008. The layer composed of a relatively small amount of inclusions as compared to other midden- like layers in the W part of the trench. In the S part of the unit, many constructional elements were recorded.
It dimensions were changed in 2008 season and they were 6 m x 1.30 x 0.75
