Pit against wall F241. Only one fill (3260) which is identical to general infilling of space 154. it is quite a large and regular pit, although the sides and base were sometimes unclear. There is a scar in the plaster of wall F229 directly above the hole.
Post retrieval pit F241 against wall F229 on eastern side of space 154. One of a pair with F240 to the west. Dug as part of abandonment of building 5 just prior to infilling of building. |
