| 7009 is a small pit. Only the north part is excavated, as a section that is not being excavated goes right through it. It was filled with two layers. In the top a very thin make-up or infill like layer (u. 20800), and underneath, a lighter plaster-mixed layer of fill above an irregular, eastward-sloping bottom. It is difficult to draw conclusions about the extent of the pit as it is truncated by the section. |
