Description: MEDIUM TRACK 

 

Discussion: southern fill of oven (hearth) cut 10245. Impossible to estabilish the matrix relation to fill 10241. (northern) . The limit between them is very clear and vertical.

The fill contains a large number of stones (of all kinds) incl. Worked ones, also large numbers of daub frgs.

Might be the collapsed stracture of the feature.!?! 

 

Recognition: different colour, burnt staff in it. 

Definition: surrounded by a burnt stripe

Condition: cold and windy 

Consistency: loose 

Colour: grey;reddish black 

Texture: silty-clay ,daub ;ash 

Bedding: massive
