Interpretive Categories: mud brick slabs

Discussion: Unit 17268 is a mud brick wall F.3335 of B.98. The upper part of the walls is composed of clearly defined mud brick and mortar. The lower part of the wall is less clearly defined, possibly constructed from rammed earth. The lower part of the wall has lines that are very faint and only visible when wetted. Patches of plaster were found between this wall and wall F.3328 to the north, indicating that one of these walls (likely 3328) was plastered and then the other (3325) was constructed later.
