Discussion: Neolithic skeleton, highly disturbed. Seven feet bones ( left calcaneus, right metatarsal 5, and 4 middle row phalanges, 1 distal row phalanx) and one hand bone (middle row phalanx) were found in the northeast corner of the burial pit. Another foot bone (metatarsal 1) was also found but this bone belongs to a separate individual. SK 17403 may be the same as the disturbed skeleton (17412) found in the north west corner of the burial pit. A grave cut was noted in the NE corner where the foot and hand bones were found. A separate sk number was given to these bones based on the location of the bones within the grave cut , and on the nature of the grave fill. The grave cut was significantly larger in an E-W direction relative to the feet and hand bones. However, it did conform to the location of (17412) in the NW corner of the pit.
