Dimensions: 0.35m X 0.25m X 0.20m 

Discussion: back fill of small irregular cut underlying SW corner walls of space 107 (therefore SE corner of 108) (not fully excavated). Its location appears to function as a constructional feature, possibly as a construction packing. The fill was excavated as one but the lower fill was less mixed and more clean clay - quite compact.

Condition: cool but dry 

Consistency: moderately firm 

Colour: 2.5 YR 5/3 - 4/3 light brown olive brown 

Texture:  

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: 2 % 1cm> plaster frag; 5% 3mm> charcoal flecks; <1% hackberry 2% 50mm > orange-brown clay fragments. 

Post-depositional Features: 2% root action. where the fill came off the sides was an interface of salt deposits 

Basal Boundary: came away from sides clearly but mostly defined by salt crust, base clear anthropogenic construction fairly smooth, occational shallow lumps and bumps
