Unit 20145
Category: Cut dug in 2012
Area: TPC
Interpretive Categories: Pit cut
Data Category Information: Description: pit
Dimensions: 0,88 m EW x 1,10 m NS x 0,10 m
Discussion: This unit is a circular pit cut filled with infill unit 20144, a very silty grey deposit. This deposit, however, seems to run beneath/beyond the cut in the N part of the pit.
There was a truncation of this circular pit by a later pit unit 20142 (fill) and 20143 (cut), which may be part of a truncation that took place in F 3092 (a late burial).
Once infill 20144 was removed there was another infill layer u. 20170 within this cut. At this lower level, however, there was no truncation by F. 3918 (which did not continue down to that level). Thus at this lower level the cut was circular.
