Discussion: This cut was identified by the color and texture of the fill as distinguished from platform F.3508. It was excavated with trowel, following the contours of its eastward-sloping bottom. It is part of a complex sequence of cuts and fills in platform F.3508. The cut is truncated by a section at the southernmost end. 

Shape: Irregular/rounded 

Sides: irregular, stepped on N side, sharp then gradual after 1cm down. Sharp on south side where truncated by section. 

Base Break: gradual slope eastward, sharper toward south 

Base: irregular, slope as described above
