Unit 20886

Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: feature; Description: bin; Material: pise-like; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: Remains of what was interpreted as remains of bin wall. The unit was recognized by noticing plastered floors lipping up. The cleaning of the area showed parallel structuring alongside the plaster ledges. The composition and color of the bin walls due to heavy erosion of N part of Sp. 444 were difficult to distinguish from the surroundings. The fact that it was different from U20887 was decided partially based on difference in color (which was most likely caused by W part of the Space being affected by fire) and mostly by the fact that both walls were forming two arches. However the actual place where the two units would be meeting was tranctuated by animal burrow.
