Area: North
Interpretive Categories: cut for post in SE part of B52
Data Category Information: Description: posthole
Discussion: Unit nr 21391 is a cut for post nr F.7620. Post is situated almost in the middle of east wall of B52. Cut was filled by very simular material as floor, but boarded by two animal burrows, so differences were most visible. Unit was very disturbed by animals and plants. Post could be used to holding a roof. Unit was excaveted by trowel.
(2017, VK:) During the 2017 season, the interior of Pit F7620 was was clean and the edges scraped, which made the cut more clear. The pit cut is square in plan with rounded corners; the edges are concave; the break of the edges at the top is straight and gradual at the bottom, the bottom is uneven.
Shape: irregular
Sides: visible differences between sides - N and SW sides were almost right angled, E side was gradual, but very stepped
Base Break: from west convex, rest - irregular
Base: wavy
Orientation: E-W
