Discussion: Posthole of a pillar in space 500 of building 131. This pillar was planned together with the eastern wall of bulding 131 - F7712 - probably during the construction phase. This assumption is supported by lack of wall plaster behind the post and a moulding in the wall. Shallow cut was made into the packing and levelling layers (23108 and 23078) of the platform F7952 and was additionally supported (meaning the layers respected the positioned timber 23018 and provided support against the weight of the pillar in order to keep it vertical) by construction layers of F7952 and bench F7966.
