Unit 23945
Category: Cut dug in 2017
Area: TPC
Interpretive Categories: burial cut
Data Category Information: Description: burial
Discussion: Burial cut clearly visible on the surface of platform F. 8661 in its NE corner. The N and E edges of the cut were very prominent (edge of the platform F. 8660 in the N and a plastered wall in the E - F.7172). The remaining part of the cut was irregularly oval in shape. The cut was small and shallow, only one infant skeleton was placed within it. Both the cranium and the feet of the skeleton were touching the edges of the cut. The base was very prominent since it was a surface of an older yellowish platform (F.8670).
Shape: irregular, located in NE corner of a platform
Sides: almost vertical
Base Break: almost vertical
Base: flat, same shape as cut
Orientation: n/a
