Description: This partition wall have been burnt and eroded in the N part.
Discussion: From 2013 season:
A ridge/partition wall built on top of the bench F7118 while erecting the platform F2177, differs a lot from the coating of the wall (U30526) by colour and the texture. The ridge forms a frame (and therefore is probably the same feature) with other partition walls within platform and seems similar to the cores of rest of the walls. The W extant of the unit is difficult to define as the unit is diffused towards this direction.
From 2014 season:
After removing the make-up layer covering U30527 it became clear that the core of F7315 consisted of a clearly distinguishable layer consisting of two components: dark mortar and mudbrick-like material (probaby re-used bricks). These two components make up the larger part of the core of F7315. The dark mortar and re-used brick were fixed in position using a lighter type of mortar as foundation (U21328). This layer was excavated using trowel and mattock.
