Discussion: Wall plastered preserved only on the bottom part of the F8011 wall, since it was exposed and then backfield in the 1960s, very friable, because of that it was decide to remove it all as one unit.
The wall was partially excavated in the previous year, and at that time they thought that it had removed the entire wall. This year we confirmed that the wall actually continued further down at the level exposed last year (31614), at which point it had been excavated. So this season we exposed the rest of the wall F8011. The plaster was well preserved in the whole wall, but mostly in the bottom, also a bin (F7808) was abutting this plaster. We didn't excavate the plaster and we expose it only until the room floor level. The plaster is white and compact and not very thick around 0.03 m (30.05.2016-- CB)
Consistency: friable, compact at the bottom
Colour: at least 2 layers of greyish white wall plaster on a layer of grey make-up
Texture: silty clay
Bedding: layered (2 layers of laminated plaster 5 mm thick on one layer of 5mm make-up)
Inclusions: small charcoal and mineral flecks in the make-up
Post-depositional Features: animalburrows, wheathering
