Discussion: A shallow semi-oval cut U.32096 had been recognized under the floor layers 32080. It noticeably truncated surface of underlying floors 32090 in North-central part of Sp.531 between column (F.7749) to the North and a retrieval pit (F.7727) to the south. In fact the mentioned retrieval activities that caused extended demolition (related with the pit F.7729) also truncated southern part of the shallow depression assigned as F.7749. worth noticing is that the latter feature from stratygraphical and recording point of view combines two units that referred to different uses and functions. One may say that the actual function related with the occupation represents the cut 32096 which functioned as shallow depression within the floor. The sealing deposit (32095) placed within the hollow eventually represents the closure of the actual use. The real extent and shape of the cut cannot be stated here because the presented already truncation. However, judging by the preserved outline we may assume that the actual hollow was more or less oval and oriented N-S (with slight deviation towards NW-SE).
