Unit 32200
Category: Cut dug in 2016
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: burial cut
Data Category Information: Description: burial
Discussion: Cut 32200 refers to burial F3814, which is located in the southern side of platform 3811. With an oval shape, north-south oriented, it mesures 0.80x0.60 m and is 0.66 m deep. The bottom of the cut is slitly concave.
The cut is filled by U22199 and U32201; it also contains the skeleton (32205) of a juvenile individual (age between 12-14) whose sex is at the moment undetermined. The northern side of the cut is cut by burial F3808 (cut: 22193) and cuts an underlying burial (F3813; cut: 32206). Its other sides cut a superposition of red make-up layers (2, 4 in unit sketch: most likely related to the construction of the upper floor 22191), as well as an underlying white plastered floor (1 in unit sketch): nor the make-up layers, nor the white floor have been excavated, but their stratigraphical succesion is clearly visible in the sections of burial F3814. Furthermore, the bottom of F3814 cuts another burial: the latter one has not been excavated and is associated to a skeleton number only (32208): some of the bones have been collected.
