Dimensions: 0.5m (E-W), 0.3m (N-S), 0.03m deep 

Discussion: 4776 was the shallow, smooth cut which held a deposit of burnt material (4767) which was probably the base of some sort of fire installation. 

Shape: roughly circular, but truncated to the north by F524 

Sides: sloping gently towards the centre except where it was truncated to the north 

Base Break: very gradual, almost indistinct, except to the south and west 

Base: bowl shaped 

Orientation: no clear orientation
