Discussion: This is a late Roman/Byzantine Tile-lined grave with a juvenile skeleton in it. The skeletonis from an individual of a prelimanary age of 10-12 years. The skeleton was lying dorsally extended on a set of tiles (5?) with 7 other tiles vertically placed perpendicular to these. The ''head '' tile formed a ''TT'' relative to the other upright tiles. X10 tile was found upright in the foot region. The cranium was particularly fragmented and the left knee region was missing. There was evidence of animal disturbance in the knee region in the break between the flat tiles under the skeleton. The cranium may have suffered from animal disturbance althought it appeared to be more crushed than anything else. This may be due simply to post depositional factors related to the weight of the soil above it. The skeleton in general was fragmented. A piece of pottery was found in the thorax; it may simply by from the grave fill rather than directly associated with the skeleton.
