Discussion: This unit was the last layer above the floors in space 255. It consisted of a harder patchy plaster material that was beneath the other layer of roomfill but above the actual floors of the space.

Definition: covered the space above the floor 

Execution: trowel 

Condition: hot 

Consistency: firm 

Colour: cream plaster and brown soil 

Texture: clay silt 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: very little animal bone and some stone
