Discussion: Platform along the east wall of building 43. There are many plaster layers over the platform and from a section cut colored layers of plaster are visible. The north end of the platform follows the westward inlet of the eastern wall. The platform is also north of the hearth F1852. 

 

Recognition: Platform covered in plaster and raised from floor 

Definition: Defined by room walls and elevation from floor 

Execution: Trowel and hoe 

Condition: Clear and cool 

Consistency: Soft/Friable 

Colour: White plaster with red paint layer and orangy clay 

Texture: Clay loam 

Bedding: Layered parallel plaster layers 

Inclusions: %5 Charcoal flecks %10 orange clay
