Unit 11030
Category: layer dug in 2004
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: Clustered deposit,Fallen wall
Data Category Information: In Situ: non in-situ; Location: external; Material: brick&mortar; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: This cluster of objects appeared distinct from the surrounding fill, which contained no other objects of this sieze, and in this density. We pedastalled the unit as we descended in 11015, and then in unit 11029. The cluster was removed, and the base appears homogeneous with the surrounding 11029 base material. The only artifacts recovered were those noted in plan -- stone, worked stone (marble) and bone.
