Discussion: layer below packed with charcoal, so horizon of this layer easy to spot. Had many more inclusions than previous layers on this platofrm - layer l;ooked like a probable near contemporary floor layer (11407) in terms of inclusions and colour - this seems to represent a buildup ;ayer at the start of the buildings history, that was laid down contemporary to the original primary floor.

Definition: clear, by its inclusions - dirty but no charcoal

Consistency: compact but comes away fairly easily 

Colour: greyish red

Post-depositional Features: animal burrow, a post hole cut, some erosion near F.1331 

Basal Boundary: clear, smooth, distinct
