Description: Fill near the wall

Discussion: Unit is surrounded by the walls at the south and the north. Light yellow and white silty soil is both at the east and the west. It was clear before the removal of the unit that the underlying unit was raised dividing the unit into two. The one at the northern part is having lots of bone and late Neolithic pottery in it. Moreover it is highly probable that the unit is containing some particles from the wall, since the wall is highly detoriated and at some points it goes inner than the hypothetical wall line.
X5, X6 were very close to each other with a companion of a part of a jaw of an animal. On the other hand there's no clear significance of the distribution among the finds.
Although the unit is divided into two parts with the underlying unit. There's no difference between the fill and the finds.
There were some localities of gray clay in the unit. Although they don't form a single layer they were observed through scraping the unit, but they are not readible from any section of the unit.
From top scraping, two features (!) observed abutted to the south wall. The unit is also filling between them; but there was no clear differentiation on this part from the remaining apart from the lack of pottery but not bones. On the other hand, bones were also reduced in size and number. The fill between the features belonging to unit 11924 is having the floor of some layer.
Unit is divided from the below unit (11929) by colour and compaction.
House infill in space 264.

Volume roughly estimated, unclear whether any was dry sieved (FS 30/06/09). This layer was originally interpreted as room fill, however where room fill was identified elsewhere within the building, there were no underlying occupation deposits - in these cases, I have interpreted these deposits as erosion horizons. With unit 11924, this deposit seals a burial within the bin. The fact that this is extremely unusual - bodies in bins, and the fact that [11924] is the uppermost layer within this area, it seems more likely that 11924 represents an erosion horizon and the underlying bin burial (F.2154)belongs to an eroded overlying building/space. Finds Room Information:

All material from site passes through the finds room for washing and separating before it is passed onto the various lab teams. The finds room keeps a basic inventory of what is found. A finds material type list is given here. Further analytical detail maybe provided by the Lab Team data below.
