Discussion: The ash layer near the F.I.11 of room fill of Space 70 was removed. We reached a dark ash layer too.
Finds: Bones and charred remains. 

Execution: Pick and trowel 

Condition: Hot and dry 

Consistency: Very weak; moderately waek. 

Colour: 2.5Y 5/3 light olive brown, 2.5Y 3/1 very dark grey. 

Texture: Silty clay 

Bedding: Compound layer 

Inclusions: White plaster pieces 5%-10%, 0.5 - 2 cm mud brick 20%, 0.1-7cm; charred remains; ash; volcanic rock fragment. 

Post-depositional Features: Roots 10%. 

Basal Boundary: Distinct, wavy.
