Discussion: Very loose ashy midden layer that goes inside S280. Clearly deposited after the collapse of the walls of S180.

Condition: Nice 

Consistency: Loose 

Colour: Blackand brown and grey 

Texture: Ashy silt 

Bedding: Mixed intercutting 

Inclusions: Charcoal bones pot etc. 

Post-depositional Features: Truncated by Byzantine foundations
