Discussion: This unit contained quite hard soil at about 10 cm. A bulk of clay and mixture of mudbrick, plaster aggregates filled the deposit.
Most important find of this unit was a small bead (X3).
The deposit is same as the deposit in unit 1296. 

 

Consistency: Moderately firm 

Colour: 7.5 YR 6/8; 7.5 YR 5/8 

Texture: Sandy loam 

Bedding: Layered 

Inclusions: Plaster aggregates, natural aggregates of soil 

Post-depositional Features: Bioturbation by roots, levelling 

Basal Boundary: Sharp, clear
