Unit 13509
Category: Layer dug in 2006
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: infill
Data Category Information: Location: building; Deposition: heterogeneous
Dimensions: 3.40 x 2.90 x 0.12
Discussion: this is aninfil layer situated under ocupation level recorded as unit 13079.This infill was very heterogenous. Two hearths recorded as f. 1944 were observed on its surface.
Additionally, two other hearths recorded as f. 1945 are noticed on earlier level (13079) andcan actually be associated with its occupation episode.
It may represent another episode in occupational history before construction B. 62 in tis place. However, considering consistency and texture of this two units, it may actually comprise one phase of this occupation. The exploration of this unit was finished arbitrarly as the remains of oven superstructure (u. 13512) were noticed in N section of the unit.
In its S section, a bottom part of a pit (probably burial) recored at upper level as unit 13023, was observed. Some constructional element probably destroyed wall, were noticed in S part of the unit. A large number of animal bones as found within the unit.
