Discussion: Fill of postretrival pit [13641] consiting of crushed brick and plaster, same in apperance to room fill. The animal bone in pit (x1 ,x2, x3) was dumped within mixed demolitionh debris and dis not appear to be deliberatly placed in in the feature. Burnt grinding stone (x4) was recovered from the base of the pit and may have been placed here after the post was removed but prior to the building being backfilled.
Pit contained small cattle horn core (x1), jeuvenile horse skull (x2) and burnt cattle radius (x3), all were mixed with building debris.
Seeds from floatation sample were normal range and density of crops and plants associated with room fill. No obsidian flakes were recovered from heavy residue.
