Discussion: After removal of the loose top soil (13701) we dug down into the underlying hard grey horizon until we reached the same layer as we reached as the bottom of 13702. This time we showeed the workers how to get a plain planum. 

Recognition: hard light grey horizon beneath topsoil 

Definition: upper limit clear, lower limit arbitrary
