Discussion: Very compact layer with many desposits of burnt bone. Very hard to remove and not very clear from the layer below. Mostly ashen and silty clay. We also defined what lloks to be a feature wall in the southwestern corner, but it is still unclear. 

 

Recognition: color, compactness, and hard 

Definition: clear 

Execution: w/ trowel 

Condition: warm, windy 

Consistency: loose to firm 

Colour: green, yellow, red, orangish brown, grays, white , blackish brown 

Texture: sandy silt with large, frequent deposits of burnt brick

Inclusions: animal bone 

Post-depositional Features: root action, ant nest 

Basal Boundary: difuse, faint, borken
