Discussion: Isolated event of ash deposition - Very rich in fibrous flecking. Soft and fairly uniform although merged with an earlier similar lens and therefore mixed. Abuts wall to the south where it is deepest at 30mm and lensing to south and west to 2-3mm. Continued from basal boundary- A change in accumulated dumped deposits, diffuse, lenses in with underlying similar deposits, irregular in irregular pockets.

Texture: silty ash with slight grit texture 

Bedding: Massive 

Inclusions: <1mm 5% charcoal flecks, 2% <2mm->4mm pebbles, 2% >4mm brown clay frags, 20% <1mm grit 

Post-depositional Features: 2% root action 

Basal Boundary: Incline on slope from east-west (see discussion for extra info)
