Discussion: Plaster line between wall 16830 and fill 16829, may run further to the East, but this unit (16808) is just for the upper layer in the artificial baulk (made up of 16829, 16808 and 16830). 

 

Recognition: colour, texture 

Definition: clear next to fill to the north, slightly unclear next to mudbrick on south 

Execution: trowel and small pick 

Condition: dry, sunny 

Consistency: loose, gravelly 

Colour: whitish yellow 

Texture: gravelly, silty plaster 

Bedding: massive
