Discussion: It is a midden layer placed in W part of the trench. Although it was uncovered after exploration of the wall 15889 in 2008, functionally it seems to be part of bigger midden, already recorded as 15281. Stratigraphic relations between these two units and their similar consistency indicate their contemporarity. However, they were disconnected by later pit cut. The placement of the layer against the wall 17638- northern wall of space 325 indicates that it was formed after construction of the above mentioned wall. A basal boundary of the midden was wavy and sloping S-E. The slope may indicate the direction of accumulation of the layer ( from N-W). Its worth noting that the midden contained a number of constructional elements and a large amount of big fragments of animal bones.
