Discussion: general layer covering all of space 113 except for 'platform' area. It has a quite definite and distinct surface with heavy cracking which slopes quite steeply downwards to the west. It presumably some form of temporary surface but there is no noticeable or detectable activity areas apart from obsidian cluster 2007 the make up of the layer appeared quite sterile.

Unit description: A very small unit - only 10 frags. Only 1 diagnostic (O/C calcaneum), but others mainly from 03 size (ribs, one with cuts, long bone fragments), and a single 07 size. Last record = F7. 2, 4mm flotation samples were also fully recorded, both samples #2 and #3 were very small. Flotation sample #2 contained two deciduous teeth of a dog.
