Discussion: THE UNIT'S BOUNDARIES WERE VERY WELL DEFINED WITHIN THE CUT -19843. THE UNIT WAS ORIGINATED AS A POST RETRIEVAL PIT INFILL. THE UNIT IS MADE OF INFILL MATERIAL AND IT IS VERY MUCH DISCONTINUED COMPARED TO ITS CONTEXT (A PLASTERED PLATFORM). THE LAYER 19844 WAS FORMED DUMPING MIXED SOIL INTO A CUT IN THE PLATFORM (UNIT -19843). THE UNIT IS RELATED TO A POST RETRIEVAL SCAR THAT IS VERY WELL DEFINED ON THE ABOVE SECTION OF THE EAST WALL. THE UNIT WAS EXCAVATED USING MATTOCK AND TROWEL. THE COMPOSITION OF THE INFILL SUGGEST THAT THE UNIT INDICATE A SINGLE EPISODE OF BACKFILLING. HIGH PERCENTAGE OF PLASTER AND CHARCOAL WERE FOUND IN THE UNIT. FEW PIGMENT CONCENTRATION WERE ALSO FOUND IN THE UNIT 19844.
