Unit 20325
Category: Layer dug in 2012
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: patchy dirty floor
Data Category Information: Location: building; Description: general
Dimensions: NS 1,38 m x EW 1,10 m Depth:0,02; 0,03
Discussion: Homogenous patches of dirty floor around the firespot and hearth / oven are interrupted by partial layers of plasters and make-up. The southest corner of the building contains remnants of previously excavated plaster floors against the wall. It is difficult to distinguish the dirty southern floor from the make-up layer: we have removed from the northern floor. It is difficult to see how the dirty floor relates to the partition wall and storage space in the western space 469.
Phytolite sample was taken from the floor.
