Unit 20913

Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: building; Material: plaster; Deposition: layered (wall plaster)
Discussion: This unit was recognized as a highly eroded platform as it was composed of lenses of plaster and make-up. I think that origin of the unit is that of a first phase platform. It is defined to its East, North and South by walls and diffuses into the room infill to the West. We excavated this unit with a leaf trowel. It was hard to separate the make-up and plaster from each other. It seemed to be two or three plastering events.
