Discussion: The inter-wall infill was placed between the southern walls of Sp. 489 (F.3624 / 3623), and the northern wall of B. 52. The unit was exposed after execution of F.3623/3624. In the course of a short analysis of the uncovered section/profile and subsequent exploration it became clear that the fill was putin place intentionally bythe builders of Sp.489 due to adhesive mentioned walls oriented E-W that come from two different buildings and phases of construction. Consequently, they used paste made of silty-clay and water and set, or more plausibly poured it in the open narrow cleft between the architectural structures to glue them together.
