Data Category Information: Location: in abandoned building; Deposition: coarsely bedded (dumps); Basal Spit: basal deposit

Discussion: The midden was uncovered under the rubbles of a fallen wall (U.20942, 20943) and it covered the whole interior of Sp. 511, restricted by the walls F.7125 (in the South), F.7126 (in the East), F.3679 (in the North). The Western limit of the midden was set arbitrary along the Grid line: E-1044. The latter simultaneously comprises of the section line through the trench set in 2012. The most significant particularity involved with the deposit (U.20965) was its surface with the clearly observable heaped S-E part of the unit, that corresponded with the nearby corner of Sp.511. Undoubtedly, the form of the whole deposit, and especially the heap give an insight into the nature of accumulation that occurred in the past.
The deposit consisted of a wide range of identifiable components and their locality i.e. Burned clay building material recognizable as fragments of oven dome structure, together with remains of plaster were mostly scoped in the northern part of the unit, along the wall F.3679. Crushed bricks were evidenced all over the layer along with an ash coat whose increase in amount and depth was recorded in the southern part of the unit. The mentioned components caused the coarse inner formation of the layer.
